This dress was inspired by my love for dance, the color pink, and bling! When I was younger I used to dislike pink, but in the last year I have grown to absolutely love it. It is now my all-time fave! I spent many hours planning, strategically placing gems, and picking just the right shades of pink to include in my design. You might have noticed the Bumble Bee on the back of the dress. This is a nod to the dress I currently wear, which carries the same symbol on the back. This way I can still have a piece of my first solo dress in my design. I chose the name “Reves Roses” (or Pink Dreams) as a nod to my French class where I first discovered my love for the color PINK. I really hope my dress design will one day be able to come to life and share its pink magic with the world on the big stage.
